At ViVE 2023, HealthTech 4 Medicaid (HT4M) addressed challenges posed by the global COVID-19 pandemic in a compelling panel discussion on the Techquity stage. Panelists explored the disruptions in the innovation lifecycle and strategies for designing equitable and inclusive solutions. Conversation explored fostering flexible cultures, influencing project selection with inclusive teams, and adapting to the ‘net new normal’ with positive and effective results. Emphasizing the power of a community-based approach, the panel also underscored the importance of diverse voices, dynamic solutions tailored to different populations, and transparent discussions about failures for continuous improvement.
