HealthTech 4 Medicaid (HT4M) and the California Health Care Foundation (CHCF) hosted a webinar March 19th, 2025, spotlighting the critical role of evaluation in scaling digital health solutions for Medicaid populations. The session highlighted CHCF’s investment strategies, real-world lessons from innovators like Hazel Health, and the importance of breaking down elitism in evaluation practices.

Attendees were introduced to the Center for Community Health and Evaluation’s toolkit, Evaluating Innovations in Medicaid, and joined breakout sessions to explore how strong evaluation can drive equity, improve sustainability, and support growth across the Medicaid ecosystem.
